Then they will offer to wholesale you a new suitcase, which would be a waste of money, considering that this luggage is designed to break. When the company actually did replace on of my six suitcases purchased from them, they sent me the most hideous bright orange case, to clash with my pink and blue sets. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Buyer beware.
